Intellectual property

The protection of unique product designs and manufacturing processes is a major concern for anybody who decides to purchase or produce in China. We ensure the protection of your intellectual property through non disclosure agreements. Long term relationships with our suppliers are also crucial to understand the structure of the companies and guarantee that intellectual property rights are not violated.

Product and supplier research

As a first step to process any trade requests we intensively analyze the product specification and availability on the market. Every possible supplier will be researched before we enter any business relation. This includes a background research, factory inspections and even test orders. This research enables us to guarantee that the supplier has the ability to continuously deliver the desired products with requested product qualities and in the necessary quantity.

Quality Management

We closely monitor the product development and mass production at the site of the supplier. Close monitoring of the suppliers is crucial for the success, particularly with regard to production of customized products and components. In order to enable the supplier to continuously improve, we also encourage our customers and sales personnel to give as much feedback about the product as possible. We will bring these comments into the production to improve production techniques and product qualities in order to improve customer satisfaction and reduce manufacturing costs.
